YOGA NIDRA IS A PRACTICE WHERE WE COMPLETELY RELAX THE BODY. YOGIS BECOME COMPLETELY CALM AND BECOME SYSTEMATICALLY AND AWARE OF THEIR BODY AND INNER WORLD. YOGIS FOLLOW A SET OF INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY MYSELF.
YOGA NIDRA IS PRACTISED LYING DOWN, COVERED IN WARM BLANKETS AND COMFY CLOTHES, IT’S FOR ALL LEVELS AND IS ALWAYS DEEPLY ENJOYED.

THE PRACTICE IS FOR ALL LEVELS AND IS CARRIED OUT THE LAST TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH 6.45-7.45PM AND SPECIFIC SEASONAL WORKSHOPS (CHECK FACEBOOK FOR FURTHER DETAILS ON WORKSHOPS). CLASS COST IS £7 AND WORKSHOP COST VARIES DEPENDING LENGTH.
