One of my favourite hours of the week!
This is a fantastic class, Claire is brilliant, her passion and knowledge of Yin Yoga makes all the classes relaxing and you know you are working your body in positive ways. She explains all the yoga moves each time so it is great for all levels and abilities with no pressure to hold the positions, just to listen to our body and rest when needed.

‘I had the privilege of working with Claire for about a year, engaging in both EMDR and talk therapy. Claire’s deep empathy and intuitive understanding of my needs were remarkable. She skilfully adjusted the pace and approach of our sessions, which was essential for me as I often struggle to recognise my own needs and emotions. Her ability to tune into this was incredibly valuable.

Throughout our time together, I experienced numerous breakthroughs in my healing journey. Claire provided a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space that allowed me to explore and process long-standing issues that had been holding me back. I am forever grateful for her support and guidance during this transformative time.’

I’ve been attending the monthly pregnancy yoga sessions since half way through my pregnancy. They have been a fantastic opportunity to meet other mums to be, spending time to forget about everything else and focus on me and baby. Each session has left me feeling extremely relaxed and strong enough to cope with whatever labour may throw at me. Thanks Claire, nearing the end of pregnancy now I’ll miss these sessions.

I also want to thank you for providing a therapist Claire Austin to help deal with my traumatic past, I could never do this in Spain due to having to pay for a translator which does not work.

Claire is A class in my eyes, from being an unhappy person with hangups on my past life, I have moved forwards to a new endeavour, I have prioritised my mind and dealt with my demons, I now smile when I get up in the morning, I go out and meet people, I am beginning to see myself as a confident lady who can join in at events and not sit back.

I feel happy and things will be even better because of Claire; she has the patience and has helped me restore my faith in human beings. I know I will have the odd off day but that is normal for everyone. Thank you Claire and I wish you all the best for your future.

I can’t recommend Claire and her warmth, care and compassion highly enough. She is such a life affirming person and you leave her yoga classes floating on air. I had the pleasure of attending her most recent pregnancy workshop and thoroughly enjoying the entire holistic experience. I felt very nurtured before, during and after the class. Claire’s passion is yoga Nidra and it shows in everything she does. I recommend it if you are embarking on yoga for the first time and for seasoned yogis. The whole class was incredibly restorative, relaxing and informative. I know that it will help in my pregnancy and equip me with tools to help with birthing. I really enjoyed the calm, friendly positive space and the head massage and fruit and tea at the end was so lovely. I really wish I lived closer to benefit from Claire’s regular classes, but will most definitely be looking to join in her workshops in the future without a doubt. Thank you Claire!

I hope you remember me from a year or so ago, having had EMDR sessions with you following a traumatic birth with my first, Flo.

I just wanted to let you know that 2 and a half weeks ago I gave birth to our son. I had SUCH a positive experience, and a lot of that’s down to the sessions we had and the healing you allowed me. I have birth to him with my mum and husband as birth partners, with just gas and air and a tens machine. We had a few unexpected twists and turns along the way, but thanks to the coping strategies you equipped me with, we managed them all!

Really really great, a special class indeed!

An excellent introduction to yoga on the beach this afternoon with a lovely lady thank you highly recommended experience.

I have really benefited from the sessions on a Tuesday at work. I feel relaxed and calmer.
